2026 USPAP

All appraisers are required to complete a 7-hour USPAP course every two years — and this one is not to be missed!

This course is designed for appraisers at all experience levels, offering a deep dive into the 2026 USPAP changes.

By the end of the course, you’ll gain a stronger understanding of USPAP requirements that prohibit advocacy, bias, and discrimination — and learn how to confidently apply them to everyday appraisal challenges.

Your instructor, Dennis Badger, is an Investigator/Examiner, Regulatory Compliance Consultant/Trainer, Certified General Real Property Appraiser, and AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
