The meeting will be conducted by OCAP Secretary, Jill Kinnaird.

We hope you can attend to help us recognize and thank Steve for his incredible contributions to our profession and our organization.

We will be continuing the discussions on the impact of 3.6 UAD. Recent info from Lawrence Yun, NAR’s chief economist will be shared.

All appraisers are required to complete a 7-hour USPAP course every two years — and this one is not to be missed!

This course is designed for appraisers at all experience levels, offering a deep dive into the 2026 USPAP changes.

By the end of the course, you’ll gain a stronger understanding of USPAP requirements that prohibit advocacy, bias, and discrimination — and learn how to confidently apply them to everyday appraisal challenges.

Your instructor, Dennis Badger, is an Investigator/Examiner, Regulatory Compliance Consultant/Trainer, Certified General Real Property Appraiser, and AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
